Sebino Plaku (born May 20, 1985) is an Albanian football striker. He currently plays for Hamarkameratene in Norway. He has also played for the Albanian U-21 International team .

Nicknamed the Albanian Sputnik, Plaku's transfer was the center of huge controversy. Dinamo Tirana witheld his player licens, in an attempt to drench Ham Kam for more money.
