Ken (artist)

Ken Ring (born January 29, 1979) is a Swedish rap artist born in Kenya and brought up in Hässelby, Stockholm. He has collaborated with Norwegian rapper and producer Tommy Tee, Proof and Swift from D12 and helped in the producing of the upcoming album of Smif-n-Wessun.

Criminality

Ken Ring was suspected of having partaken in a gang-rape of a 15-year old girl, after having performed at a highschool disco. Ken denies the charge. The prosecuting attorney Birgitta Fernlund decided to drop the charge as there were no material witnesses except for the girl herself, and it was her opinion that Ken was more trustworthy than the young girl. Ken's 21 year old band member who also participated in the alleged gangrape of the 15-year old girl is still suspected of rape and narcotics crimes.
Not long after the rape investigation against Ken was dropped he allegedly assaulted a female press photographer attempting to take his picture during an interview. Ken Ring allegedly struck the woman, grabbed her camera and stole the memory card from it. The investigation of this assault and theft is still pending.
