Henry Wakefield was a medieval Bishop of Worcester.

He was elected on September 12 1375 and consecrated on October 28 1375.Powicke "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 261]

He briefly served as Lord High Treasurer in 1377.Powicke "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 101]

He died in March of 1395, probably on the 11th.
