Quinton Teal (born March 8, 1984) is an American football defensive back in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers. He was born Bennettsville, South Carolina where he attended Marlboro County High School. He played college football at Coastal Carolina University. A three time First Team All-Big South winner. He holds the Conference record with 17 career interceptions.

In the 2007 season he Ranked third on the Panthers with 13 special teams tackles. He made his first NFL start against the Dallas Cowboys on December 22nd and responded with a career-high seven tackles. He was the Only undrafted rookie free agent to make Carolina's 53-man roster. In 2008, he became the only active NFL player to announce that he was gay.
