Caterer and Hotelkeeper is a weekly magazine for hospitality professionals. Published since 1878, Caterer and Hotelkeeper is part of the Caterer Group which also includes the Caterer Search website and various industry events.

The publication covers all areas of the hospitality industry delivery news and developments with regular features of top industry professionals. It provides monthly reviews of the latest hospitality products from kitchen equipment to food and beverages.

Events and awards

Events run by The Caterer Group include The Catey Awards which have been running for 25 years. The Cateys have awarded personalities such as Gordon Ramsay, Albert Roux and Michel Roux and Marco Pierre White in the past. Other events include the Acorns, the Chef Conference, Best Places to Work in Hospitality, the Hotel Cateys, the Equipment Awards, the Web Awards and the Food and Drink Awards.

Directory

The Caterer Group also publish the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Directory. The directory contains details of over 9,000 suppliers of products and services to the UK catering and hospitality industry and is published annually in December.
