Burl Toler, III (born April 7, 1983 in Berkeley, California) is an American football wide receiver in the National Football League and is currently a free agent after being released by the Washington Redskins on August 25, 2008. He was originally signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Cal Berkeley
