Moroccan training camp

A Moroccan training camp was identified as a suspicious Afghan training camp by Joint Task Force Guantanamo counter-terrorism analysts.The Summary of Evidence memo prepared for Nayif Abdallah Ibrahim Al Nukhaylan's
Administrative Review Board asserted that he attended two Afghan training camps, including one they called the Moroccan training camp in Jalalabad. The two allegations Nayif Abdallah Ibrahim Al Nukhaylan faced which referred to the Moroccan training camp were :
*"Detainee also attended a Moroccan training camp in Jalalabad for six to seven months.
*"Detainee admits receiving mortar training at the Moroccan camp.
