The 2007 Radom Air Show crash occurred on 1 September 2007 at the Radom Air Show, near Radom in Poland. The event took place in front of about thirty thousand [pl icon [http://www.7dni.radom.pl/index.php?go=numer&id=102&t=1 Śmierć pilotów Na Air Show] ] spectators that had gathered to see aerobatics teams from 16 nations perform their programmes.

Three Zlin Z-526 aircraft from the AZL Żelazny aerobatics team were performing their display. One of the maneuvers involved all three aircraft flying towards each other from different directions. Two of the aircraft, one piloted by the Piotr Banachowicz, and the other by the founder of the acrobatics group, Lech Marchelewski, crashed into each other at right angles, resulting in the complete disintegration of both aircraft and killing both pilots instantly.
