Financial Times . Currently, Wolffe is anMSNBC political analyst, and appears frequently onCountdown with Keith Olbermann . He has previously appeared regularly onCNN andFox News , as well as international media including theBBC and CBC. He was prominently featured in the 2002HBO documentary movie "Journeys With George".Wolfe co-authored a Spanish cookbook, "Tapas: A Taste of Spain in America" 2005 by Clarkson Potter in the US and Planeta in Spain. He has also written for food magazines such as "Food Arts" and "Food & Wine".
