Richard Redman was a medieval Bishop of St Asaph, Bishop of Exeter, and Bishop of Ely, as well as the commissary-general for the Abbot of Prémontré between 1459 and his death.

He was consecrated as Bishop of St Asaph after October 13 1471.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 296]

He was translated to Exeter on November 6 1495.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 247]

He was then translated to Ely on May 26 1501. He died while Bishop of Ely on August 24 1505.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 245]
