It opened on August 12, 2007. Classes are held in a Spanish-themed convert|36000|sqft|m2|sing=on building, constructed at a cost of US$15.5 million. The initial enrollment of 40 is expected to grow to 160 by fall of 2011. Also, by that time, the school is expected to have 40 professors and staff.
