EUROKKA ,Rok-gazet' , andVinilkosmo and participates in the organization of many Esperanto-music concerts.Martorell's father was a Catalan
anarchist , who went intoexile inToulouse ,France after the defeat of theSpanish Civil War in 1939.Floréal, or Flo, as he likes to be called, founded a practicing and recording studio in
Donneville , near Toulouse in 1980. Between 1981 and 1987 he founded and ran the Collectif d'Activités Musicales (CAM), a collective of musicians and organizers of concerts and spectacles.In 1987, Flo became an esperantist, and then began to think about the relation between Esperanto and
rock music . He decided to work on it, and began to search musicians and young esperantists, with whom he could set up an Esperanto rock music association. In October 1987 he left CAM and in January of 1988 founded EUROKKA. In 1990 he created the music publishing companyVinilkosmo and theEsperanto magazineRok-gazet' .
