Floréal Martorell (1956 - ) is an political activist and an Esperantist. He is the founder of EUROKKA, Rok-gazet', and Vinilkosmo and participates in the organization of many Esperanto-music concerts.

Martorell's father was a Catalan anarchist, who went into exile in Toulouse, France after the defeat of the Spanish Civil War in 1939.

Floréal, or Flo, as he likes to be called, founded a practicing and recording studio in Donneville, near Toulouse in 1980. Between 1981 and 1987 he founded and ran the Collectif d'Activités Musicales (CAM), a collective of musicians and organizers of concerts and spectacles.

In 1987, Flo became an esperantist, and then began to think about the relation between Esperanto and rock music. He decided to work on it, and began to search musicians and young esperantists, with whom he could set up an Esperanto rock music association. In October 1987 he left CAM and in January of 1988 founded EUROKKA. In 1990 he created the music publishing company Vinilkosmo and the Esperanto magazine Rok-gazet'.
