Field rice dough sculpting

Miyuki is an artist who performs at the Japan pavilion inside the World Showcase section of the Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World. She creates sculptures on a stick from soft rice dough, making animals at the request of guests. She starts with a white base and adds color as needed. Guests were presented with the candy sculpture as an edible souvenir until early 2010, when this was stopped because of health regulations.

Miyuki is the only woman in Epcot trained in Japanese candy art.[1]
