Howard Dean Reed (born December 21, 1936 in Dallas, Texas, died at his home December 7, 1984 in Mathis, Texas) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched from 1958-1971 and appeared in a total of 229 Major League games for five different franchises. He pitched in two games for the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 1965 World Series.
