Rackheath in the County ofNorfolk , is a title in theBaronetage of the United Kingdom . It was created on15 December 1818 forEdward Stracey . He was the eldest surviving son of SirJohn Stracey , Chief Judge of the Sheriff's Court and a Recorder ofLondon . The fifth Baronet sat as ConservativeMember of Parliament for Norfolk East, Great Yarmouth and Norwich.
