Collège Louise Wegman ” or CLW is anon denominational educational institution (incl. kindergarten, primary school and high school) founded in 1965 by the disciples of Mrs.Louise Wegman , leadingLutheran educator and social worker active inLebanon in the 1920-1950 era.Campus
The main campus is located in the village of
Bchémoun 5 miles fromBeirut and set on a picturesque Mediterranean pine tree forest (see photo).A new Campus opened in Badaro beirut on a surface of 4 hectares.Direction
Two Persons directed the College since its foundation, Miss Abou (1965-1999) and Mrs Tiba Geha-Villard (2000-present).Mrs. Geha Villard received in December 2008 the
Palme Académique for the best diretor from theFrench republic , which amplified the school's prestige.Students Collège Louise Wegmann has around 1500 students.
