Wulsy (or Wulfsige) was a medieval Bishop of Lichfield.

He was consecrated in 1039 and died in 1053.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 219] Little else is known about him or his background.Barlow "English Church 1000-1066" p. 76]
