- WNBA Peak Performers
The WNBA Peak Performers is given each year to players who led the
WNBA in scoring and rebounding. In1997 , it was given out to each conference shooting champions. From1998 through2001 , the award was given out to league leaders in Field Goal Percentage and Free Throw Percentage.Peak Performers
* From 1998 until 2002 the Peak Performers Awards went to players who had the best Field Goal and Free Throw percentage.
* In 2007,
Lauren Jackson was the league leader in scoring and rebounds. However, the WNBA awardedBecky Hammon of theSan Antonio Silver Stars for her leading the league in assists.* In 2008 The WNBA added the league leader in assists per game to the Peak Performers award.
