Hilary Carol Cruz (born December 4, 1988) is a beauty queen from Louisville, Colorado who won Miss Teen USA 2007.

Cruz won the Miss Colorado Teen USA 2007 title on August 24, 2007 after competing in the pageant for the first time. Her sister titleholder was Keena Bonella, Miss Colorado USA 2007.

In 2007, Cruz represented Colorado in the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant held in Pasadena, California in August 2007. During the live television broadcast on August 24, 2007, Cruz was crowned Miss Teen USA 2007 by outgoing titleholder Katie Blair, the first titleholder from Colorado in the history of Miss Teen USA and Miss USA. She was the first titleholder from Colorado to place since 1998, and only the fourth to record a placement.

Cruz graduated from Centaurus High School in 2007 and was going to attend the University of Northern Colorado but chose to put those plans on hold after winning the national title. Cruz has performed in over 15 plays throughout her life, which she cites as the reason for her confidence on stage. During her tenure as Miss Teen USA 2007, Hilary will continue to work with EFAA, Emergency Family Assistance Association, a charity that helps people in financial crisis one day become more self-sufficient. Cruz will also address students and Girl and Boy Scout troops about how to make smart decisions and achieve goals. Cruz starred in Donald Trump's new MTV reality show Pageant Place along with Rachel Smith, Riyo Mori and Katie Blair (former Miss Teen USA 2006). The show started airing on October 10, 2007.
