"So Young" is a song by the Irish folk rock band The Corrs from their album "Talk On Corners", written by Sharon Corr. It is a song about a young couple, glorifying their strength, confidence and love feelings, often associated with this stage of life. The song, released as a single, reached number 29 on the Republic of Ireland pop music charts and number 6 in the United Kingdom. The band initially had to fight with their label to include the song on the album, a decision vindicated by its popularity.

The video

A video of the song was filmed in Chicago, Illinois, directed by Dani Jacobs and produced by Liz Miller. The band was on tour in Chicago, so that is where Jacobs flew to catch them in a characteristically windy site - the Flamingo Building, downtown.According to Jacobs:

"The styling involved us taking over a floor of Barneys and trying everything on - the staff were not very happy at first but it ended up OK. Sharon tried on a man's jumper that was too big for Jim and looked so great it's the one she wears in the video. There is a story we probably can't tell about filming on the roof and a topless woman in the office in the next building. It's a shame because it's a story I've heard the band often telling".

His version of the story tantalizingly ends there.

The video clip is included on The Best of The Corrs DVD.
