Monoxide is the stage name of Paul Robert Methric (b. July 14, 1973) [ [http://www.angelfire.com/realm2/paulmethric/bio.html Paul Methric ] ] , a member of the group Twiztid. He is also a member of the two supergroups Dark Lotus and Psychopathic Rydas. He has also been featured in the videogame .

House of Krazees

Methric started out as an original member of House of Krazees under the pseudonym "Hektic". Along with Mr. Bones and The R.O.C., the original House of Krazees released six albums in the years 1993-1997. Problems with the groups label, Latnem Intertainment, lead to The R.O.C leaving the group. Twiztid

After being signed to Psychopathic Records, the duo re-did their image, and set out to prove themselves. Twiztid's first appearance came on the song "Echoside", off ICP's album The Amazing Jeckel Brothers, in 1998. Later in '98, Twiztid's debut album, "Mostasteless", was released. After being signed to Island Records, the album was soon pulled from shelves and re-released. Freek Show debuted #51 on Billboard charts, proving the group could do well on their own.
