The Thatch Bar
Is one of the nicest pubs in Kerry. Is currently up for sale. Is the place to be during the Listowel Races and hosts the lovely Hanora from time to time.
Tomaisins Bar
Not the cleanest of Pubs, but everybody loves it. Re Christened "live at 5", its one of te most famous pubs in North Kerry. The food is pretty decent there and the pub does a roaring trade at all hours of the morning. Has hosted some 48 events in its time, such as the Biker "Rally" (a.k.a. an excuse for a piss up and burn outs on the newly tarred road). Propeieter is the bold Tomaisin himself.
Jerry McSherry
Is the Biggest legend in the Village. He is the main local Taxi driver and is always only " 5 minutes away". The lad can tell some stories.
