Independent Staffing Alliance

Independent Staffing Alliance (ISA) was founded in 1962 under the name of Independent Office Services Institute until the association formed an alliance in 1999. ISA is the oldest group of independently owned and operated staffing firms within the United States. The name ISA reflects the growth of the staffing industry from its place in temporary help to now covering all forms of employment solutions. ISA has included in its membership list 15 chairmen of the American Staffing Association (ASA).

ISA is a network of the top independently owned staffing firms within the United States. Each member is selected based upon their ability to provide high-quality staffing services in each of their markets.
