- Internet in Croatia
In
Croatia ADSL was introduced in 2000. It is controlled by monopoly operator T-Com [http://www.t-com.hr/] ,which is former HT (Hrvatski telekom meaning Croatian telecom). Local loop is expected to be unbundling after 01.09.2006. so we will see 2-3 companies offering ADSL2+ Internet Access and TriplePlay. DSL is the most common form of broadband.The list of DSL providers in Croatia is:

Croatia also has Cable Internet available, however it is not as widespread as ADSL. There is one Cable internet provider in Croatia: B.net Hrvatska d.o.o. [http://www.bnet.hr/] .
