Project for the New American Century , a conservative policy organization based inWashington, D.C .From 1996 to 1998, Bork was the Senior Professional Staff member for Asia and the Pacific at the
U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations . From 1998 to 1999, she served as counsel toMartin Lee , Chairman of theHong Kong Democratic Party, and from 2001 to 2002, she was a fellow at the German Marshall Fund's Transatlantic Center inBrussels . In the mid-1980s she served in the Department of State and Department of Education and then with theInternational Republican Institute .Bork earned a bachelor's degree in history from
Yale University and a law degree from theGeorgetown University Law Center . She has served as an election observer inCambodia andIndonesia . Her articles have appeared in the "Washington Post ", the "Financial Times ", the "The Wall Street Journal Asia ", "The Weekly Standard ", "Humanitarian Affairs Review ", and "The Forward ". She writes a column for the "New York Sun ", and is a contributor to Fox News.Ms. Bork is the daughter of conservative legal scholar and former U.S. Circut Court Judge
