Eli Fromm (born
Niedaltdorf Germany May 7 ,1939 ) [Marquis Who's Who] is the Roy A. Brothers University Research Professor [http://www.ece.drexel.edu/faculty/fromm.html] and Director of the Center for Educational Research atDrexel University . He is a member of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. Professor Fromm received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel in 1962, a Masters in Engineering also from Drexel in 1964, and his Ph.D. from Jefferson Medical College in 1967. In 2002 he became the first recipient of the National Academy of Engineering'sGordon Prize , considered to be one of the Nobel Prizes of Engineering [ William A. Wulf and George M.C.
