Stéphane Guivarc'h (born 6 September 1970 in Concarneau, Finistère) is a French former football player. He played for the French national side that won the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

Guivarc'h has played for Auxerre, Stade Rennais, Newcastle United, Rangers and En Avant Guingamp.

His spell at Newcastle is remembered for all the wrong reasons. He was signed by manager Kenny Dalglish in the 1998 close season, but managed just four games and one goal before new manager Ruud Gullit sold him to Rangers two months later.
