Richie De Laet is a Belgian footballer currently playing for Premier League side Stoke City. He signed for Stoke City for £100,000 on 17 August 2007 from Belgian club Royal Antwerp. The highly rated 19-year-old defender can play anywhere along the back four and has penned a 3-year-deal with Stoke.

He has since joined League Two side Bournemouth and played his first game in a friendly against Portsmouth, in a 4-1 defeat.
