The 160 meter tall, 40-storey Tamani Exclusive at El Matador, Jumeirah Village, Dubai will be one of the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Village. It is situated in close proximity to IMPZ, the new Jebel Ali Airport, and is situated at the intersection between Emirates Road and Al Khail Road. It is being developed by KM Properties, a member of KM Holding.

From the Ground level through Level 7, the building will contain Commercial spaces. From Level 8 to 25, the tower will house Residential unitsand from Level 26 to 40, it will contain five star deluxe residences comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom units.

Architecture and Design

Tamani Exclusive at El Matador is designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott. According to the architect, its design incorporates features that include high-quality floor-to-ceiling windows that offer natural daylight and a steady breeze through each unit. Duplex apartments with lush gardens are available on the podium.

Tamani Exclusive at El Matador, Jumeirah Village will be constructed by Al Rostamani Pegel L.L.C.
