"Stop Listening" was the first single to be released from Tanita Tikaram's sixth studioalbum The Cappuccino Songs. It is her first recording for her new record label, Mother Records. Included as b-sides are re-recorded "electronic" versions of her hit singles "Good Tradition" and "Twist in My Sobriety".
