Vinson smith has held many football training camps for the youth of Iredell County. Often during the trianing camps large crowds gather to catch a glimpse of the former NFL player. During the youth camps tackling is disallowed but principles of the game are learned just the same. By summer camp standards the trianing camp is very inexpensive amounting to no more than $100. Mr. Smith is a huge supporter of Iredell County and has given much back to the community.Vinson is a hard worker and will tell anyone who will listen, that the road to success is paved with education. Currently Vinson Smith owns his own business JPC Bail Bonds and is the head football coach of a private Christian School in Statesville North Carolina. Throughout the Stateville community Mr.Smith is seen as a living icon who gives back to his community and loves the game of football.
