Sempsigerami of Emesa - ( _ar. آل شميس غرام) is an ancient Arab dynasty which existed during the Roman rule of geographic Syria [Shahid, Irfan (1984). Rome and The Arabs: A Prolegomenon to the Study of Byzantium and the Arabs] . This dynasty was the builder of Shmemis ca. 100 BCE.
