Tobias and Ax go to the food court where they discover that some other
Andalite s have arrived, having been sent to Earth on a mission to assassinateVisser Three . Ax develops a crush in a young female Andalite on the team, but the stress of the new situation apparently causes the Animorphs to split up, tired of the constant struggle. However, it is revealed to be a plan to find out more about the Andalites; in reality, they are there to introduce a virus to the Yeerk pool that will damage theYeerk s, despite the fact that such a virus could mutate to hurt humans as well. At the last minute, they manage to stop the virus being introduced, and the Andalites depart.Morphs
