George E. Johnson (born June 19, 1947 in Harleton, Texas) is an American former professional basketball player.
A 6'11" center from Stephen F. Austin State University, Johnson played in the National Basketball Association and American Basketball Association from 1970 to 1974. He was a member of the Baltimore Bullets, Dallas Chaparrals, and Houston Rockets. In his professional career, Johnson averaged 3.7 points per game and 5.0 rebounds per game.
