"souljaboytellem.com" is the debut album by pop rapper Soulja Boy, released on October 2, 2007. (see 2007 in music) The album features the hit single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)", as well as guest appearances by Arab and i15.

In its first week, "souljaboytellem.com" sold 117,000 copies and debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200. The album has been certified Platinum, with sales of 943,000+ in the United States and millions sold worldwide.

The bulk of the album was made utilizing the stock samples that come included with the program FL Studio. Many of these stock sounds are samples from other songs, like the open high-hat used on "Yahhh!", which is sampled from "Impeach the President" by The HoneyDrippers. "Report Card" samples "We Fly High" by Jim Jones and "Throw Some D's" by Rich Boy and "Soulja Girl" is thought to sample "Linus and Lucy". Donk Also samples Chingys 2003 hit Right Thurr.

Fame of "Crank Dat"

"Souljaboytellem.com" 's fame has been carried by the #1 hit single Crank Dat (Soulja Boy). The song reached the summit of the Billboard Hot 100 on September 15, 2007, where it stayed for two weeks before it was replaced by "Stronger" by Kanye West. It replaced the song again on October 6, 2007, staying at the top of the Hot 100 for another five weeks, making it a number-one single for a total of seven weeks. "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" has gone onto become the best selling digital download of all time, with current U.S. digital sales of over 5,000,000.

The song achieved international success; so far, it has peaked at number two on the Top 40 Singles Chart in New Zealand. In the UK, the song peaked at number two when the track was released physically on December 17. It is Soulja Boy's biggest hit to date. Crank Dat has been certified platinum by the ARIA (Australia) as of August 30, 2008.
