Romesh Sugathapala and Lakshan Wijesinghe are two musicians from Kandy, Sri Lanka. They specialize in R&B music and most of their songs target the next generation of Sri Lankans. The duo produced a mega hit in 2003, "Wasanthaye sitha saluna"fact|date=August 2007 and after an extended break Romesh and Lakshan were back with being featured in the song "Hithumathe" by Iraj Weeraratne. Their first album was released in March 2006.

According to the 22 year olds, Romesh Sugathapala and Lakshan Wijesinghe their album, titled "OBE" features Ranga Dassanayake, Yohan Rajapakse , Rukshan Mark and especially Nisal Gangodage. Some of the lyrics were done by Kalum Shrimal and Bandula Mudanayake. The CD cover and promotional stuff was done by Design World, Kandy. The audio CD will include the making of the album, two videos from the album together with the documentary on the album which is directed by Romesh and Lakshan. The album covers a variety of issues starting from the motherhood, uouth, drugs and love.

*One of the Neth FM theme songs was produced by Nisal Gangodage that was sung by Romesh.

*Romesh and Lakshan are apart of the IRAJ and ILLNOIZE group. They have been with the group for ten months and have worked a lot.
