"Atoconeura eudoxia" is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Kenya and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
