The flat-spired three-toothed snail ("Triodopsis platysayoides"), also known as the Cheat three-toothed snail, is a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Polygyridae.

This species of snail is endemic to the United States.

"T. platysayoides" is found among Upper Connoquenessing sandstone outcrops and boulders along the rim of the Cheat River gorge in northeastern West Virginia.
