Lemuel Smith (cricketer)

Lemuel Smith (June 5, 1880 — December 30, 1927) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Derbyshire in 1909. Smith was born in Tibshelf and died in South Kirkby.

Smith's debut came in an innings defeat against Yorkshire in the 1909 County Championship, in which Smith took a single catch.

Smith's second and final first-class game followed a week later, in a draw against Sussex. Derbyshire finished second-bottom of the County Championship in the 1909 season with just two County Championship wins.
