He currently plays forGrasshopper-Club Zürich ofSwitzerland .He originally started out at River Plate but moved to Concordia Basel in the Swiss Challenge League. After a very successful season he was signed by Grasshoppers Zurich and has continued his good goalscoring form, becoming their first choice striker.
He was shortlisted in the Final 4 players for the Swiss League player of the year for the 07/08 season, which was won by Hakan Yakin.
