Cuban American Neuroscientist studying the dynamics ofneurotransmitter release in thespinal cord at theMiami Project to Cure Paralysis .Dr. Taberner received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in
Engineering fromFlorida International University and herDoctorate from theHarvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology underM. Charles Liberman . She conducted post-doctoral research inNeuropsychiatric Genetics at theBroad Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts.References
