"Rare Demos and Freestyles Vol. 2" is the third rarities compilation by American hip hop musician Necro, released on January 1, 2005 by Psycho+Logical-Records. Despite being the second volume of the "Rare Demos and Freestyles" collection, it was released after the "third" official volume which was released in 2003 for reasons unknown.

The compilation contains nine demos, seven freestyles and one remix. "Empty the Clip" was previously released on the "Morbid" single in 2001. "Wise Ass" was previously released on Greedy Fingers' 1999 album "Shady Sirens", although the version that appears on this complation is a demo of the track. Featured guests on the compilation include Mr. Hyde, DJ Eclipse, Captain Carnage, Goretex, Necro's brother Ill Bill, Big Has, Cage, Tek and DJ Riz.

"Fuck You to the Track" from Necro's 2000 album "I Need Drugs" was remixed for this release.
