Dimitre Novatchev is a Bulgarian software engineer and mathematician[citation needed] best known for his work on the functional programming language XSLT and as creator of the XPath Visualizer and the FXSL library.
In July, 2008, he produced a C# implementation of the Finger Tree data structure as specified in the article by Ralf Hinze and Ross Paterson.
