Once a crime ridden housing project in [Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Scarlettwood has cleaned up a bit. There is still the alarming presence of numerous Crips gangs (like much of Etobicoke) within them, but most of the Drug deals and such are at a minimum.
