hell description
The shell is rather large and solid, tall-spired and strongly sculptured with rounded axials that are crenulated along their recurved thin edge. The interspaces bear distinct spiral cords, but a much stronger spiral ridge encircles the lower base. The aperture is circular, with a thickened continuous
peristome .The shell coloration is white. The operculum is circular and black.
The shell height is up to 31 mm, and the width is up to 11 mm.
