Zion Bailus McKinney (born February 10, 1958 in Pickens, South Carolina) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of South Carolina.He played for One season for the reskins primarily on special teams then during his second year he faced a career ending knee injury. He played with art monk but did not catch any passes in any regular season games. He did however have two kickreturns and one fumble recovery. He now works as a truency officer for Southlakes Highschool Dogwood Elem and other schools. He holds the record for longest non-touchdown pass at University of South Carolina when his team mate stepped out on the one.
