Emil Yantchev

Emil Yantchev is a Bulgarian footballer who spent the last 3 years playing in Malta with Birkirkara FC and Marsa FC. He plays a central defender. Emile was born on the 15th of September 1974 in Bulgaria. He has played with some of the top clubs in Bulgaria; Levski Sofia, Svetkavica, Naftex, Neftohimik.

After a spell with Maltese Premier League team, Marsa FC, this year Yantchev opted to sign again for Birkirkara FC. This is his second spell with Birkirkara FC as he played in season 2005-2006, winning a title with the team.
