Westfield Shore City is the smallest of the Westfield malls in Auckland and is situated between Como Street, Lake Road and Anzac Street in the centre of Takapuna, North Shore City.It has approximately 75 stores with the only major tenant being a Farmers.

In a 2008 rating of New Zealand shopping centres by a retail expert group, Westfield Albany received two-and-a-half stars out of four stars, based on the criteria of amount of shopping area, economic performance, amenity and appeal as well as future growth prospects. While the reviewers found the centre pleasant, they noted that any expansion would be remote.
