"Body Movin'" is a song by the New York hip hop group Beastie Boys. It was a single released off of their fifth album "Hello Nasty".

The song samples the following four songs: "Fido" by The Byrds, "Oye Como Va" by Amral's Trinidad Cavaliers, "Modern Dynamic Physical Fitness Activities" by Ed Durlacher, and "Funny Bizniz" by The Abrahammer

Remixes

The Fatboy Slim remix has the same lyrics, but more pop friendly beats mixed by Fatboy Slim. This song is also featured on "The Sounds of Science" which was released in the United States.There is also a Radio only remix featuring Redman, Biz Markee and Erik Sermon.

Music video

The music video of the Fatboy Slim remix version (directed by Nathanial Hornblower) [http://www.mvdbase.com/video.php?id=2570] , parodied and incorporated scenes from the 1968 Italian spy film "" (which was later parodied by "Mystery Science Theater 3000"). It was released in two versions: censored and uncensored; the former replacing machine gun blasts with that of a laser gun, and the latter featuring a comedic but bloody decapitation.
