Pier Luigi Cherubino Loggi (born October 15 1971 in Rome, Italy) is a retired footballer who mostly played for Tenerife. He was raised in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. He also played for Real Zaragoza, Sporting de Gijón, Real Betis and Extremadura. He made his international debut and only cap for the Spanish national team in 1996. He is considered a legend in Tenerife where he was part of the team that won the promotion from Segunda División to La Liga in 2001, when the team was coached by Rafael Benítez.
